This project consisted of two phases. The challenge was to recover part of the existing works while building a new identity. The project and the construction work covering an area of 4,500 m2 were subject to an extremely tight deadline. The aim was to create a work environment that would allow the company to gradually move from a rigid scheme based on assigned areas and positions to an agile, unassigned-seating format.

Its design identity is reminiscent of an airport layout, boosted by the design of its signage and wayfinding created by Panco Sassano.
These are extensive plants sectioned by quarters and social areas. The reception area opens up to the outside and offers a VIP lounge-style area to welcome itinerant users and external visitors.
The cafeteria is wide and integrates the outside extension through views of the docks and can also serve as an alternative outdoor work area.
The second phase was intended to decontract the space even further, thus leaving the quarters behind and catering for a menu of alternative work models for a team of collaborators with unassigned seats.
Communal wooden desks, rest areas, tall bar desks, phone booths and meeting boxes all make up this array of spaces, as a response to an increasingly dynamic way of working.
