The new offices for Kaszek Ventures were required to move from a traditional, closed-office plan to a hierarchy-free, open-plan,
unassigned space. Different teamwork space setups, common areas, meeting rooms and focus rooms are offered to cater for this new work model.

The presence of natural wood, solid lapacho wood tables, ergonomic equipment and neutral colors embody the company’s identity.
